25.01.2022 Well we finally got through our long over due grading today! Emma O'Connor to 7th Kyu Orange belt 1 stripe, Julian Pritchard 7 th Kyu Orange belt2 stripes, Jye Sault 6th Kyu Green belt! Congratulations and well done everyone!

25.01.2022 I am very pleased to say that today we had our first health department inspection , and can report we passed completely, meeting the required rules and guide lines! So you can have confidence on a safe training facility here! Many thanks to our dedicated staff, Debb and Cathie for helping keep you safe!

21.01.2022 Newsletter February 2021 Well this year is powering along full speed, February already! I had held back our first newsletter as I have been waiting for the delivery of the last of our new Matrix Cxc spin bikes, we just need one more consul and that order is complete! We have had a very good end to last year and are above average in all respects for this year so far! So many thanks for all your continued support, Thank you everyone! Not much in the way of other new news, othe...r than several new members each month and we are continuing to grow, Welcome everyone! I have had to make some adjustments to our daily prices, but I am trying to hold off any further price adjustments for as long as possible, while costs like rent and insurance continue to grow! I have held the weekly and monthly rates the same for nearly three years and will hold of as long as i can. We do have some pressure on some time slots that do need more support, 9-9.30 am week days, 6-6.30 pm evenings in PT and Friday afternoons, open gym after 2.30 pm! So if you want to keep these timeslots, Please start to support them! Saturdays seem to be busy one week and quiet the next, especially when the weather is Excellent! Please use these times, we will adjust these if not used going into winter! Please advise me if you do still require them! Thanks for your continued support, You keep our doors open! 11.01.2022 This morning I marked out our 4 sq meter pods, and moved in some bikes to give you an idea how the new Energize Fitness will work! Basically all customers will have to wash hands with sanitiser on arrival, sign and and update any and all contact details, in clear writing. Phone and email, just in case we need to contact you Urgently, Then go to a pod for your work out, equipment will be cleaned and changed as the classes change or as need be! Everyone is asked to observe Soc...ial Distancing rules, and normal hygiene, as we have always asked! You must bring a towel and clean down as you go, sanitiser will be supplied with whipes to clean equipment, please observe these simple safety rules so our gym can grow and support you! We will try to work to the existing timetable, as much as possible, with an extra 5 minutes between classes to clean down, Please be patient! We don't want to run an actual booking system yet, but we may have to! Let's try to work together to get thru this first few weeks, See you Saturday, bring your friends! See more
