Now I could spin you some cool Insta bullshit lines about how i train 6-7 days a week, live & breathe weight training, have the perfect morning ritual with meditation & cold showers, track my Intake everyday & eat enough veggies + ALWAS seem to struct around in brand new over priced clean shoes BUT sometimes that perfect list isnt always do able but you have to keep on keeping on and dont stress not achieving the perfect week or the p...erfect day ... and I personally couldnt give a toss about wasting money on shoes Ive got other cool shit to buy like experiences & toys YES I practice all of the above but at the same time, PRACTICE BEING A DAM GOOD HUMAN, Rocking husband , Super Dad , Mentor, personal Trainer, an online coach, run multiple platforms of business, grind on my craft & Fckn aim to live my best life every day ..
