16.01.2022 SOME WISE WORDS: People are often far too quick to blame poor genetics when they don't get the results they want. For example, someone tells me that their legs don't respond to training like their arms do.... ... but when asked they admit they don't train legs as often as their arms and they don't push as hard during their leg workouts. ... or like the personal trainer who told me he genetically "couldn't get visible abs" because of their structure except he had never actually leaned down to under 15% body fat. ... or the personal trainer who "can't lose fat due to genetics" but then find out they are eating far too many calories. Most people actually have no idea what their genetic capabilities actually are, they just use them as an excuse when they find something difficult. Sure, genetics play a factor in your results but don't blame them when you haven't put the work in to find out if they are holding you back or not.
