24.01.2022 Opening up to being Seen Over the weekend mixed with the shifting in the 12/12 portal, the rainy weather and my own surrender to 2020 something shifted within me. For most of this year I have been keeping fairly quiet on social media and only appearing every now and then. This is something that I felt called to do; it was almost an act of self-care to preserve my energy and anchor it back to me and my purpose. ... As the energy shifted over the weekend I noticed that my own energy had a shift along with it. After a few weeks of being immersed in my own field and wrapping up my regular yoga classes, it felt right to return to the world of social media and show my face again. Through the shifting of my energy I was able to see some insights into the need to withdraw for a while. At first it was about redirecting my energy and focusing on my studies, classes and clients. Yet after a while the lack of showing up online turned into resistance followed by a fear of being seen. This fear of being seen was so sneaky that I didn’t even notice it at first and would never have questioned it if I didn’t allow myself to dig deeper and see what was really hiding below the surface. Finally being able to name what was sitting there allowed its energy to shift and let me see what was playing out clearly. Making the tough decision to step away from teaching regular yoga classes was something that took a lot of questioning of me, my vision and what is my real dream and purpose. As the yoga teacher identity has slowly died away it is now making room for something else to be birthed forward and with that I am now able to be seen in this beautiful phase of the in-between. While I sit in this space of the in-between of what was and what is, I embrace the space and give myself permission to be seen in all the bits of the process as it unfolds. There is a lot bubbling under the surface that I look forward to sharing and opening up more about while being seen in it all as well. As 2020 wraps up I am unwrapping myself. 24.01.2022 Incase you missed the announcement in the Aligned Living email. The Magical Experiences are returning in 2021. The first one up will be the theme of Begin Again.... Friday 15th January 6.30pm - 8.30pm Tea Ceremony, Sound Healing, Yin Yoga. This will be a ticket only experience with tickets going on sale the first week of January. Save the date and keep a lookout for the tickets.

19.01.2022 Experiencing the Magic in life Right now I'm sitting back and taking stock of my journey over the last few months and I'm at a complete loss for words. Within my energy it feels as though the last two years of work, expansion, growth, magic have become fully integrated and aligned into my whole being.... I am allowing myself to shift and move with the universe as it presents new and interesting opportunities and I'm stepping into them with a fully bodied yes. My heart feels open to new ways of engaging in a way I've never experienced. I feel clear with my intuition and the path that I'm calling forward in life. Life is feeling pretty friggen magical and I'm loving every moment of it. @caitlinrosetaylor_

During the last 4 months I have pushed myself mentally, physically and emotionally in ways that I didn't know were possible. I now feel more connected with my path, my vision and myself. 14.01.2022 Holiday Update To make sure you get plenty of yoga in before I go on holidays. I will be taking a break from yoga to complete some further training and go on a small holiday. ... Energy Temple will be closed from the 16th of September until the 10th of October. The last class before the holidays will be Tuesday 15th September. The first class back will be Sunday 11th October. Thank you for understanding. I look forward to sharing the new knowledge and skills, along with some holiday adventure stories with you when I return. 12.01.2022 Special Exciting Experience This Sunday Energy Temple will be hosting a special Cacao Ceremony and Yin Yoga class experience. The wonderful Hayley Pleysier will be guiding us through a beautiful Cacao Ceremony before I move everyone into a grounding Yin Yoga practice.... This experience will run the same as our normal Yin Yoga class on the Sunday. To keep the class flowing I will limit numbers to 12 people, I do advise that if you are interested in coming to please book in. Sunday 9 August 6pm to 7pm Cacao Ceremony & Yin Yoga General class price $10 each or class pass.

09.01.2022 An end of an era is upon Energy Temple. Energy Temple Yoga will be closing for good from Monday 30th November. All class passes will expire on this date and yoga will not be returning.... It's been a beautiful experience sharing yoga with everyone over these last four years.

03.01.2022 FULLY BOOKED Monthly Magical Experience The next Monthly Magical Experience is set for this coming Sunday the 6th of September.... We will come together to Breathe while being bathed in a beautiful Sound Healing followed by a grounding Yin Yoga practice. The breathwork will be from my training within traditional Yogic breathing practices. The sound healing will be provided by Ren Rzoska using the Yidaki (Didgeridoo) and other instruments he learned while living in Arnhem Land. The experience will be completed with a grounding Yin Yoga practice. Join us Sunday September 6th at 6pm at Currimundi Hall. Numbers are limited and bookings are essential.
