22.01.2022 The Challenges of Healing Many people interested in energy healing may initially think that healing is mostly about the amazing energetic sensations, the deep m...editative experiences, the fun side of learning about chakras and energy bodies, the occasional or regular visions or moments of increased intuition, the new levels of connection to others, of love, of awareness, etc. Although all these do come with energy healing and the ascension journey (ascension = the raising of your vibration and conscious awareness), and although many more miraculous-like experiences, synchronicity, intuitive insights, beautiful realisations and much more will often happen over time as we go further and further, healing is not just about this. To me, and from what I have observed in many of the thousands of people I have been privileged to teach over the years, healing is a balance of those beautiful experiences as much as it is filled with challenges and many days of feeling emotional, confused or simply extremely tried. The Ashati journey is about ascension, and healing is an essential component of it. With each stage of energetic development, the human body and mind become able to face more of ones own inner issues and unnecessary self-limitations - those issues that were affecting them all along, subconsciously, and that also influenced who they became and what they manifested. This process enables them to expand their own awareness, becoming progressively aware of what is not them, and therefore of who they truly are. Healing is like pealing an onion in many ways. We remove each layer of old and unnecessary energies, under the guidance of a higher part within us the higher-self and of our guides. We expand the mind and progressively dislodge and change limiting beliefs and habits. We slowly reconnect with, feel and embrace our darker and darkest emotions, those repressed within, which we sometimes thought, at least subconsciously, were monsters to be tamed or ignored only to realise they had beauty and meaningful messages to provide us on our journey. Healing will challenge some relationships, with others and most certainly with aspects of ourselves. Healing will occasionally bring up a veil of confusion, or a cocoon of transformation, for a few hours to a few days, only to lift up one day and leave us feeling lighter and happier than ever as much will have been released during that time. And then the next existing layer will be brought up to the surface, to be felt and to be healed. And the whole process will start again. So healing is not really a light journey of only beautiful days and happy moods. As anyone who has done Ashati 1 and gone further would very well know. But if you feel ready for it then the positive aspects will immensely surpass the side-effects. As despite all the challenges of healing, I dont think I can recall anyone who regrets starting this journey in the first place. Ashati healing is at times tough and challenging, but it works! And this is why many of us start to love those down days too because we know something is brewing and healing.. and that the next day, or sometime soon after, something major will have lifted, and our whole being and life will adjust, magically And to those of you who know what I mean when describing the challenges of healing, and who have persisted and continued further on their own and unique journey, I know how much courage it often takes. It is not for everyone. Not every person is ready to embark on this journey and go far. So even though the tools for accelerated ascension are now here, available to us during this important transition time for humanity (who awakes to much more of its energetic nature), these tools can only be picked up and used by those souls who are ready for the journey, and who feel drawn to it. Ashati and its energies certainly make things easier and faster, and make life more magical, but you are the ones who were ready for it, and who faced the challenges of your own healing journeys. Sometimes it helps to take the time to acknowledge this and the challenges you may have faced to hopefully realise the gifts that each stage has brought into your life, even if pieces of the puzzle may still be missing and only time will reveal the whole picture.
