23.01.2022 Wow, what a week it's been so far! I've been super busy working, fermenting, enjoying time with loved ones and sharing my love of milk kefir with friends During a lunch I shared with a beautiful group of ladies this week, I was once again reminded how confusing "healthy eating" is to a lot of people. So I feel like it's a great time to remind everyone to relax, as far as food goes the very best thing you can do for your health is to Chill Out Some of my other top ti...ps for eating healthy are: Eat food you like, (seriously don't shovel kale into your mouth unless you absolutely love it). Food is meant to nourish your soul not make you gag. Minimise processed food, I can absolutely guarantee you that food producers are only concerned with one thing, $$$, not your health. Ferment, ferment, ferment, apart from all of the health benefits you get from fermented foods, they are super delicious! Eat mainly plant foods Eat a wide variety of foods and don't exclude food groups unless you have an allergy or intolerance! Also don't forget to throw some exercise into your day, your body needs to be nourished and trained to perform its best for you during your whole life. Lastly, kiss and hug someone you love and have a fabulous day

My day began with a banana, strawberry & mango smoothy made with milk & coconut water kefir, happy hormones & smooth move, totally deliscious!!! 09.01.2022 It's a wrap!!! What an awesome morning we had on our last training session at Shelly Beach this morning. Thank you to all of the beautiful people who have joined me for early morning group workouts and private PT sessions over the past 3 years. I have enjoyed getting to know each and every one of you . I have been very blessed to have met the most wonderful, kind and interesting human beings through my PT work and am fortunate to call you all my friends.
