In the lead-up to R U OK?Day we’ll help Australians know what to say when someone says they’re not OK and guide them through how they can continue a conversation that could change a life.... You don’t have to be an expert to keep the conversation going when someone says they’re not OK. By knowing what to say you can help someone feel supported and access appropriate help long before they’re in crisis, which can make a really positive difference to their life.

22.01.2022 Congratulations Anthony Callaghan 14 Girls Head Coach Anthony is no stranger to coaching he has coached at his local association Sale and this short Vjbl season was 14.2 girls Assistant coach. Understandably Anthony knows this is a big step in his coaching career but is looking forward to what lies ahead for 2021.

10.01.2022 Former Energy and Traralgon basketballer Jade Melbourne debuted as a starter last night in the WNBL season opener against Adelaide. The Caps could not hold on in the end after playing out overtime. Jade played an impressive 10.30 mins unfortunately fouling out, but obviously the Lightning have high praise for her as she was guarded by Opals and WNBA player Steph Talbot. An super spectacular start Jade Melbourne we can’t wait too see what else you bring this season.
