19.01.2022 If you are just starting out collecting crystals- this book by Judy Hall is a great one to get. You start by collecting crystals that resonate with you and any issues you might have. Then you just have to have enough for all the chakras and then the extra ones for doing some grids and crystals to take to work and crystals for your car...and suddenly you have crystals everywhere. Learning about crystals has been one of the most beautiful times in my life and believe me my l...ife has become wonderful because of them. Sounds far fetched, but is so true. Crystals constantly give energy and joy and healing. So in return you need to learn how to keep them in good condition. How to cleanse and recharge them. They do their job whether you believe in them or not. If you need to bring more love into your home, purchase some rose quartz and leave it under beds, on bookshelves, in the pantry where food is used to prepare meals. The love in rose quartz will infiltrate everything. There are so many crystals to choose from to create an atmosphere that you desire, from calmness, harmony and relaxation to increased thought processes and writers block to clarity. They can also be an aide in the healing of body, mind and spirit if that is what you need. But remember that they are not a substitute for medical attention please always consult with your general practitioner if you are ill. Crystals alone cannot perform miracles, they are a gift from the Earth and can be used in conjunction with other treatments to enable the body, mind and spirit to heal. 16.01.2022 Theres A LOT of talk about re-claiming, activating, owning and igniting our POWER on the planet right now. Coolbut what does that exactly mean. Bei...ng told do something without understanding HOW to do it, sets us up for comparison and a whole lot'a Im not good enough. I feel its safe to say, weve reached a global consensus that life in all forms is, energy. Whether kinetic, solar, heat, wind, gravitational, electric or the human cellular constructits ALL energy. Energy is power. The word power conjures up varying experiences in people. Some equate power to control, authority & dominance. Other perceive money as powerful force that amplifies greed & selfish intent. And for the most part, we fear our own power because we dont truly understand its magnificence. Why? Because claiming our power means owning EVERY single aspect of ones life. It means letting go of everything that has been keeping us safe and protected inside the limitations of the known. Bottom line, power creates change. Thousands of people globally are feeling the call to break free, yet are petrified of breaking down their old paradigms to break through. 15.01.2022 9:9:9 Karmic Portal Open From 9:9:19 Until The Saturn (Lord Of Karmic Energy) Retrograde Closes on 9:18:19. September 9th 2019 marks the opening of a powe...rful portal in numerology as it carries the energy of 9:9:9, with the focus on clearing the past and closing out old cycles over the next 9 days. This portal offers a rare opportunity to clear the karmic energy we have accumulated over the past nine months and gives us the opportunity to release anything toxic, particularly the relationships we attract or maintain, from our lives. This karmic cleansing is particularly heightened, as it occurs during the last week of Saturn Retrograde, as Saturn rules Karma. If this resonates for you feel free to share - at ...least it is something positive The Emptiness ~ Body Alchemy Before I found spirituality, I filled this void with exercise, alcohol, food or television. The more I seek to understand people, the more I become convinced that there is an emptiness, based in fear, that lives in us all. It causes us to detest the present moment, agitating us towards the future moment, the next hit of stimulation (food, tv, sex, wine). Only in this stimulus are we briefly liberated; where, by external distraction we escape ourselves, briefly. And after this momentary liberation, we fall back into ourselves, and so follows a cycle of shame, self-loathing, dissonance, and denial. Emotions that push us further from understanding the emptiness, and more towards the temporary relief of food, drink, and noise. A loop. A cycle. Addiction If I hadnt found spirituality and been guided into the emptiness, I would never have known the beauty that exists there. I wouldnt have realised that this is where peace lives. I still have moments where fear kicks in and like an addict, I reach away from myself, into stimulation. But I am getting better at catching myself. I know my triggers and I know my rewards. As I pour a glass of wine I ask myself what feeling am I avoiding? As I exhaust my body I ask what part of me am I not accepting? As I put sugary treats to my lips I ask will this fill the emptiness, or cause more? We must turn towards our shadows, not away from them. Facing the darkness is the only way through. Every addict is just trying to fill an emptiness. And if we are really honest, we are all addicts. Lucky pennies, two-dollar bills, handwritten notes, a tube of your favorite lipstick, cufflinks, special dice, a piece of driftwood, or a stone smoothed by the river. In many cases, we carry these objects with us in our pockets. We tuck them into our wallets and purses. We wear them or place them on our desks, our mantles, or our bedside tables. We hang them from our rear- view mirrors. We find them in visual art, hear them in song, and sense them in story. Not only objects but also symbols or designs can constitute a little finding. Colors, scents, and flavors all possess this ability. All memorable brands and logos are built around this fact: color, form, shape, and feel have the ability to speak on multiple levels at the same time. When we view these objects, symbols, and designs all of our treasures through the eyes of remembered magic, our personal relationship with them begins to change. No longer are they simply touchstones kept out of affection, sen- timent, or superstition. Instead, these little findings are imbued with a meaning and a purpose. 04.01.2022 There is so much anxiety in our world today. And as a person who is sensitive to the feelings and emotions of others I can feel this every day. This has been coming for quite a long time. It may have been written in the stars or the planets but being able to predict something does not make it any easier to live with. This is a many layered phenomenon. It is a different thing to everyone. The pandemic has caused so many different feelings in people. For some it means th...ey cannot go shopping when they want. For others it is the inability to visit family and friends when they need to. For others it brings out the protector in them. The health professionals stepped up and got to work, leaving their own families. In some it bought out latent feelings of anger at the powers that be. There are just so many emotions out there, too many to mention here. These feelings come out because we are human and the fright and flight or fight is built into our DNA. We get a fright and we either run or fight. This has happened everywhere in one form or another. Our world has never experienced this fear as a whole ever before. We have seen tragedy befall other countries and watched on in sorrow for them. We have seen wars, terrorist acts, and natural disasters in other places, but never had the fear that this could happen to us. I know everyone is looking for answers to help solve this and I can say that if you look into your heart and begin to question everything you know, then you have begun to take the first step. This is a journey that is undertaken alone. You can choose guidance from people you meet and books you read. It is the solo journey of the soul. You are looking for your safe place. Somewhere that doesnt frighten you. But because everyone has different fears there is no one size fits all, there is no one safe place for everyone. You have to make that safe place yourself and you have to believe in your abilities to do this. You cannot rely on anyone else to make that safe place for you, only you can make your safe place. You can invite you family into your safe place and they can help you build it, but they must come of their own free will. Your dependants will just naturally flow within your personal safe energy - as you create your safe space they travel with you. Keep asking for guidance and listen closely for the answer it may not come in the usual ways. See more
