25.01.2022 Where flowers bloom, so does hope . Yesterday, we made the call to cancel our Jindabyne training camp as it was unsafe to run. We and our team have been fortune enough to call Jindy our home and training venue for a week every summer for over 20 years but this year it’s not to be ... we’ve had an amazing run! . Above all the disappointment, we are feeling for our fellow humans, animals and communities effected by the current disaster happening in our magical country. ... . 24.01.2022 Fantastic result from Jan today ( centre) at the Taupo Half Marathon. The goal was to go sub 1:52 by her 3rd half this year and today she finished in 1:52:15 and took 2nd place in the first. We have no doubt that Jan will surpass her goal and look forward to seeing even more progress And, how good is it to see such happy finish line faces! We will get there AUS!! #realiseyourpotential

14.01.2022 HUGE congratulations to the crew who raced in hot windy conditions in WA yesterday. In the Ironman Chris C earned a 46min PB and 5th AG in 10:10 Chris B finished 10th in 9:55 in a hotly contested AG (congratulations Chris’s and coach @owainmatthews) Nick was incredible to cross the line in 14:52. He moved back from the UK this year, 3 small kids in tow, moved house and changed jobs all while preparing for Ironman! Attitude and effort to burn! Our awesome female trio raced ...hard and left everything on the course with Steffi finishing 12th AG, Mimi and Robyn both 10th and stamping their tickets to World 70.3 Champs in Taupo 2020 . As coaches, we are so rewarded by the results of our team. We are also aware of the dedication, perseverance and sacrifices that are made by the athletes and their support crew Pictured here are 3 little humans who cheered their Dad, Nick all the way home. 12.01.2022 It was a cold, wet start to tonight’s session but the running was fast and the smiles kept coming! We encouraged the team to not only show up and run but to think about how they are running and focus on posture, neutral hip position and strong trunk while moving across the ground efficiently with tidy arms. Tonight’s set was: 1,2,3,4,3,2,1 min tempo with 1 min good form jog recovery. We finished with 6x40 sec strong efforts to encourage good technique to finish. 10km total set. Great work team! #realiseyourpotential
