Rather than flicking on the air conditioner or room heater when sitting at your desk or couch tonight, grab your old hot water bottle and sit it on yourself. Or add it to your next shopping list. They are warm, comforting, and use approximately 95% less electricity than using a room heater and more than 98% less electricity than air conditioning per hour. You only fill it once! Doesn’t that make economic and energy efficient sense?
