23.01.2022 2021 Victorian Default Offer (VDO) prices are set to decrease from the 2020 VDO prices. Some Energy On customers in Victoria will see a reduction in their electricity bills in 2021; however, many are already below the VDO. https://www.energyon.com.au/i/2021-victorian-default-offer/

23.01.2022 Looking back to 2019's All-Energy Australia Conference, Australia's largest clean energy event, where Energy On had a stall and made many fantastic connections. This year looks a little different, as we take part in the Virtual Conference Program from our homes and office. We hope everyone is staying safe and we look forward to attending events like this in person (hopefully) in the near future!

22.01.2022 Energy On is proud to serve in a number of niche markets for embedded networks. One of our unique sites was Central Pier in Victoria. Read the back story here: https://www.energyon.com.au/insights/central-pier/

22.01.2022 New price cap for embedded networks commenced on 1 September 2020. At Energy On, we are proud to be over-complying by ensuring our prices are below the Victorian Default Offer (VDO) compliant maximum annual bill as well as the Retailer of Last Resort (ROLR) Standing Offer. This means most Energy On customers will not see a price change come September 2020 because their prices are already competitive enough to comply with the VDO. Read our article, https://www.energyon.com.au//new-maximum-pricing-to-apply/ for more details.

19.01.2022 Tuesday Tip: Did you know when you are part of an embedded network in Victoria, you can still apply for concessions? The difference is that Energy On does not apply concessions directly to your utility accounts. Customers eligible for concessions apply and receive a rebate on their paid invoices. Each state has different procedures for this. Find out more on our website: https://www.energyon.com.au/customers/concessions/ or call one of our helpful Customer Service Team members for more information.

07.01.2022 Mental health is just as important as physical health. Today the Energy On team joined online for R U OK Day. We each shared a quote that inspires us and chatted about mental health. This was particularly beneficial in the current climate as many of us are working from home and have not seen each other for months. R U OK Day reminds us to look after our own mental health and to check in with people around us.... Uprise has a free 3-minute mental health check to see how you are going. Use code community for free access here: https://ruokday.uprise.co/ruokday/code/community The Team at Energy On is always here for customers. We are here to answer queries and hear your concerns related to your utility consumption.
