23.01.2022 GRADING POSTPONED All ovals are closed until Monday. No training on the oval please. This means grading is cancelled for this Saturday 27 March. Further details will be given as soon as they become available.

22.01.2022 To kick start our biggest season yet, we will be holding a Girl's Tag League Training Clinic this Friday 16th April from 9am - 11am. The clinic is open to girls from U7-U16. From basic skills for our younger girls, to more advanced skills/plays for our older girls. It's going to be a great morning for our girls to have a run.... To help us manage numbers, please contact your team manager asap to express your intention to attend. Please bring your own, clearly labelled wattle bottle.

19.01.2022 Coaching Nominations 2021. CLOSING DATE - TUESDAY 15th DECEMBER 2020 ... Coaching applications for season 2021 are now open. All current existing coaches will need to apply, as well as those interested in coaching in season 2021. Applicants should hold the appropriate accreditations (Modified Games U6- U12) or Club Coach/International coach (U13- 1st Grade) or equivalent accreditation; or Be willing to complete the necessary course in 2021. All applicants must hold a valid WWC ( Working with Children Check) or be willing to undertake one in order to be successful in the role. 05.01.2022 Last Saturday was our final Mini Dragons for 2020. With this being a brand new addition for Engadine Dragons and it being during Covid times we were unsure how it would look but my goodness was it a fun time! The smiles on the kids faces each week, the improvement in all their skills and the growth in their confidence was amazing to watch. We cannot wait to see some of our minis take on the U6s next year with their new skills and to welcome back our minis squad with some new faces next year also! Thanks to all the parents and helpers each week!

03.01.2022 OUR COMMUNITY Jade & Matt Chapman are a family in our club who have created something really special. Jade is the author of a book, Understanding Oscar. Understanding Oscar Understanding Oscar was inspired by Jade and Matt’s amazingly beautiful middle son and the challenges she and Matt have faced in helping their other children understand and accept Oscar’s different way of interacting with the world.... In the early days, after receiving Oscar’s autism spectrum diagnosis, Jade searched high and low to find a good resource to help her explain what autism was to Oscar’s older brother, along with why it affects different people in different ways. Jade wanted to create a children’s book from her own experience. By doing this, she aims to reach out and help all families with children who have special needs and to allow others to understand the difficulties but also the great joy and love that life can bring.
