It takes you through 3 steps - firstly identifying which of the 6 main emotions you are generally feeling, then getting more & more specific on the next two steps. Naming of emotions is an important step. Once you know what you are feeling, you can allow it. Once you have traversed & released the feeling, you can process it. Once you can process it, you can ...figure out your triggers. Once you know your triggers, you can notice it & catch it quicker the next time.
