25.01.2022 Another update to our #Covid19 procedures. As posted a couple of weeks ago, we're still in the office, working away diligently!! We hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy! And we are looking forward to seeing everyone again when the restrictions are lifted. More to come in time!!

22.01.2022 Now this is something worth showing off!! Amy had the best weekend with her friends! Check out the smiling faces on the Pioneer Jet Whitsundays Boat in Airlie Beach! Hopefully we'll be able to do it all again, if the #Covid monster doesn’t travel across our borders!

16.01.2022 #COVID19UPDATE At present we are still continuing as before, but will review this again next week. We may even have some good news about some new projects next week. Stay tuned

16.01.2022 COVID19 UPDATE Services are NOW, slowly starting to resume. At this stage we can only have small numbers return. This will increase!! We envisage further services to be commenced by the end of June and if the lifting of restrictions continues, we should be able to resume most services by mid-July. Engedi would like to thank everyone for your patience & consideration.

07.01.2022 Congratulations & thank you to Donna Leicht for 20 years of dedicated and excellent service. Donna commenced work at Engedi on 4th April 2000. Donna worked at Engedi Respite House initially but over the years Donna has worked in all areas of Engedi services. Donna became a Senior Support Worker and has been coordinating all respite services for a number of years. Donna is an inspiration to all support workers. Engedi thanked Donna for her commitment with a presentation luncheon on Monday

07.01.2022 On behalf of everyone at Engedi Mackay we would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year! Below is some helpful information regarding our hours over the break: - Engedi will stop processing invoices close of business Wednesday the 16th of December. - Engedi Office will be closed from 12pm Friday the 18th of December. - We will be reopening the office on Monday the 4th of January.... - Group Programs & Individual Programs will be finishing close of business Tuesday the 15th of December. - Group Programs & Individual Programs will be commencing again on Monday the 11th of January. 06.01.2022 URGENT NOTICE Please be advised Debbie King, has resigned from her position as Manager with Engedi. Debbie’s final day of work was Wednesday, 12 August 2020. Debbie had been with Engedi for 15 years and has been instrumental in the success and reputation of the organisation. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Debbie, for her valued contribution, during her long tenure and wish her all the best. We wish to advise that a new manager has been employed and we would like to welcome, Mariejan Bigby to Engedi.

04.01.2022 Exciting news to post today, with some of our ladies attending a glass making workshop with Azure Glass Mackay Qld, in Marian. Everyone had a fantastic time and came away with a handmade keepsake! Great photos ladies. The smiles tell it all!!

04.01.2022 Though we're not completely back to full services yet, we've still been busy enough with the small groups we have been working with. Vicky was learning how to knit and enjoying a coffee in the sun. Megan's been cooking new recipes and keeping up with her exercise on her treadmill. Neil has been learning how to cook- starting with cupcakes!! Tyler having a ball playing his music, and Maree was snapped helping with dinner prep.!! Keep it up guys. We'll keep you updated with any changes in circumstances, in the future. We look forward to having you all back and learning again soon!! #tagafriend
