24.01.2022 Day 3. Basic design now complete.Saturn Proton Pulse Pump design is now being fine tuned. There have been some real niggly bits that had me really flummoxed. Had to come up with several engineering solutions that I have never thought of before or seen elsewhere. What that means, is anyone's guess, but in my flu induced state of mind, it's making sense. Need to fit the servomotors and 45 bar pressure water cylinder, then I'll be almost there. Even the calculations seem to point in the right direction...

24.01.2022 It's been a while since my last post. I have been busy, on and off, devising a drawing and document management numbering system that I could use for not only my pulsation pump design, but also for any subsequent engineering project. I am now able to continue with the pump drawings while building the BoM. We'll see how this goes, but it's my objective to complete at least one drawing per day in my spare time.

18.01.2022 Day two designing the Saturn: Proton. Saturn being the name of pump type. Proton being the model (prototype). The heart of it is almost done. Just need to design the support frame, cylinder and fit the two servo motors. I mustn't forget to do some calculations sometime, I know I need to.

15.01.2022 It's been a while since I have designed something new for myself. So I have decided on an pulse pressure rig, for water. A system that can be used to create a high pressure pulse, once every second. While it's running, the pressure can be infinitely adjustable between 0 & 30 bar. I want to have this design and detailed within the next two months. then I'll see if there's a market for it. ;-)

10.01.2022 it looks something like this, but is different.
