18.01.2022 Egg-cited to be sharing with you guys my first range of @sijori_melbourne shelf products! Here’s the dry version of the Malaysian Salted Egg mix with crumbed squid. Pre-COVID I went back to Malaysia for a couple of weeks to work on our spice mix. The experience and process was quite daunting. We had planned 2020 as a big year to be going back and forth( working with our teams on multiple ideas we wanted to bring to life. No one saw COVID happening so i’m pretty lucky we got... to kick start our project in such uncertain climate. If you ask me i’d make a few tweaks here and there on packaging, design bla bla bla. But a human like me is never satisfied haha Honestly though, I should be proud for pushing myself this far with my food brand. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy this first range, it was quite a challenge make. Product manufacturing vs home/restaurant recipes are completely different processes, so I tried as close as I can to make these recipes accessible to all! These babies will be up for grabs on @sijori_melbourne online store. Also, stay tuned! I’ll be churning out more videos on how to use these products
