As students, you have probably all heard about how the University of Melbourne has decided not to penalise students or staff for attending the Global Climate Strike this Friday. 07.01.2022 We hope everyone's been enjoying their holidays! We invite everyone to hear us perform Christmas carols at the Clyde hotel on the 21st of December. This is a free event for all attendees - let us all come together to celebrate Christmas!

07.01.2022 **An important update on COVID-19 situation ** Hi everyone, As you are aware, the University is taking steps to implement social distancing and hygiene measures given the current situation. In accordance with this, all clubs affiliated with UMSU have been required to cancel or postpone all club activities commencing this week. Sadly, club events have been deemed to be non-essential by both UMSU and the University consistent with government directives.... In consideration of this, we regret to announce that all rehearsals will be cancelled (including rehearsals this week) and band camp, which was scheduled for next weekend, will be postponed to a later date. In the first instance, UMSU is putting these measures in place until April 20, however this is subject to change so we will make sure to keep everyone updated when we have further information. In the meantime, stay safe and strong and look out for your own well being and that of everyone around you And feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. 04.01.2022 Save the date! On Saturday afternoon 26th October, our orchestra, symphonic wind ensemble, and choir will be performing a range of pieces illustrative of the four classical elements (water is included!). We will update you with ticketing and repertoire information in the coming weeks.
