24.01.2022 Health and Happiness to All A part of physical wellness is Drinking more water as it is an important, integral part of daily healthy living.... It contributes to your overall health from top to bottom. And the good news, it’s easy to start and stay hydrated. But who's finding it hard to get your 2ltrs in every day? Especially if you're living in a cooler climate... Here are 6 ways to start (& continue) the habit:- Buy a cool looking jug or water bottle - one that makes you WANT to drink from it...one of the best ways of drinking water is by having it around the house, work & in the car - so you SEE it more Eat water-based foods - like watermelon, cucumber and celery...quite often you may be thirsty over hungry & this curbs both. Infuse - with limes, lemons, orange, cucumber, mint...anything to change the flavour (naturally) & make your water more refreshing. That way you WANT to drink it, over sugary drinks Drink Warm or cold, try eliminate caffine Set a goal - I have a competition on "Water Daily" where I can complete the jug of water and refill by time its tea time. If I do then I get my strawberries and cream, helps me to get my 2ltrs in per day. I love my berries. Use a straw - not only can this be fun, but you will actually drink more too. Change the colour of your straw to match you mood or your outfit Track your water intake with tape on your bottle...please tape or texta on the outside of the glass in measured amounts so you get to your goal & is a visual reminder throughout the day Let me know your favourite way to get more water in...hydration can help the way you FEEL, move & stay at a healthy mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritual state of being.



24.01.2022 Enhanced Insight to ACTIVATE your life I've started reading a new book. To my amazement the first few pages have answered a longing desire to know... 'Why when something good happens, some thing bad happens? When we feel so elated as things are going so well, like you receive unexpected money from someone. To then within a short period of time be deflated and upset that something has gone wrong in another area of our life. Like a bill comes in the mail, thats just a smidge more than your gifted money. There are other scenerios too like someone you love dies, to soon hear of some one dear to you has just given birth or is now pregnant. Business is booming to then be injured. It happens the other way round too. You loose your job, then out of the blue your offered a new one. Or you car breaks down, someone gifts you their spare. What is this?? Like it's Joy to Sorrow or Sorrow to Joy in nano seconds. Causing unnecessary stress and unbalanced emotions. QUANTIM PHYSICS is what it is. That good old saying 'What goes up must come down' For everything positive there is a negative (vice versa). Always has been always will be. Its our reaction to it that effects our emotional being. How do I mean? We loose our BALANCED emotion. We allow our selves to be OVERCOME with joy and elation when receiving positivity, that when the negativity happens we DEFLATE and overthink, judge, question and feed off these lower vibrating energies that eventually consume us. Repeat this on the daily with everything you see, hear, feel and do, you are now off to the doctor feeling crazy with mood swings. If we understand this is a natural process of QUANTIM PHYSICS On/off Light/Dark Positive/negative Yin/Yan Good/bad Poverty/wealth Solitude/multitude Illness/wellness Pain/Pleasure Then you can accept the process with an open mind, open your heart back up to love and allow your reactions to be more balanced and therefore not be affected by the stess and emotional rollercoaster. As you have the understanding to now breakthrough what you have been experiencing. There is obviously so much more, this is just an overview. Light and Love, will path the way to healing.

13.01.2022 Health and Happiness to All Have you felt or believed you are 'Not good enough'? struggled to succeed towards achievements you have set in life? The answer may lie within you. The negative talk, the limiting beliefs, the obsessive thoughts, may come down to one thing.... This one thing is not actually your fault, but a culmination of painful triggers, cellular memories imprinted on you from birth to now.... What am I talking about? Your CORE BELIEFS ... Core beliefs are what we have adopted over the years from others opinions, beliefs, judgements, negative talk and mental or physical trauma. We ourselves were once a clean slate with only love, acceptance, joy, and inquistive natures. As we grew we had impressions put on us... some good and some not so... Its the feelings of the memories that trigger our emotions, whether they are postitive or negative. Some memories are forgotten as we were so young, or blanked from our memory out of fear. However, the pain of that memory sits destructively within our cellular memory. We are able to fix or change our core beliefs. Remove the pain from the experience. There are many techniques out there to help support you while changing your Core beliefs. CBT, NPL, Hypnosis ... I myself prefer the use of energy to effectively make shifts to a healthier core belief. Remove past pain, which then enables us to move freely in love, lightness and life. Choose which technique is best for you, once your ready act on it.

STEP 1: Carve out SPACE to connect with your intuition. When you’re in the midst of a big decision, your mind can get really noisy and you can’t hear what’s on your heart until you get quiet, and listen to those intuitive nudges. Is it a YES or a no? This takes just 5 minutes of space - turn off your phone and distractions, and feel into your body how it FEELS to step forward and take action on your dreams in this way. STEP 2: Have a look at your decision against your VALUES. Consider: Does this decision match my highest goals and values right now? Does this decision support the outcome I most desire? STEP 3: Focus on the FACTS, rather than get caught up in FEAR. Remember, fear is often just your body’s way of keeping you safe by avoiding change. So consider the FACTS, rather than the FEAR. For example, are you worried this won’t work for you? This is such a common fear, but there is NO reason it wouldn’t so instead of dwelling on that fear, instead, focus on the facts. Warm Blessings
