It’s more then crazy at times and it’s super important to make sure that even when things are so busy you take the time to take care of yourself as well. So my beauty... book the facial... buy the skincare... book the lashes... make yourself a priority ... cause when you take care of yourself more when those super busy days seem less stressful

08.01.2022 2020... what a year.... I don’t even know where to start... it started off fabulous then got pretty shitty but finished off on a good note. What have I learnt this year? That I’m even more grateful for my husband... his chilled out attitude when my anxiety was at its worst thru salon closure, lock down and home school 4 kids is what got me thru... I didn’t cope very well with all my independence being taken away from me.... I’m grateful for my friends near and far who we chatted to on FaceTime each week thru lock down and now make more effort to do so and I can wait till one day we can see you again in person I’m grateful to my clients ..... they are the reason my little business went from strength to strength and thankfully survived being closed for 12 weeks I’m grateful for my children.... they are so much more resilient then I realised... they took to homeschooling so well and continued to flourish once they went back to school. I’m grateful we live where we do and even though international travel is on hold for the foreseeable future and (I miss our friends and family in the UK) we bought a caravan and plan to explore a lot more of this beautiful country we live in and make as many memories as we can with the kids. I guess a big lesson that came out of 2020 is..... Don’t ever let your toilet paper supplies get too low... always have wine and vodka on hand and to take each day as it comes... be grateful for what we have and live and love your life.... try to find the good in each situation, be kind as you never know what someone is going thru... and please..... wash your hands!! Here’s to moving forward it a positive direction for 2021 Happy New Year

By doing the alkaline wash after she’s been applying the peel for over a week it’s going to help get rid of the huge amounts of skin that’s be getting ready to come off and flaking off in one quick session! You will experience some dry patches and sometimes even more peeling for a few days after this but the down time is well worth the end results.
