The leaves and flowers can be added to salads. Giving you a bitter flavour improving digestion,with low calorie and high nutrient content. Dandelion greens are s good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, B1, B2 and B6 and a plant source of iron.

I will ask about your sleep, diet, energy, mood, digestion, and more the health information you share with me in this initial consultation is the foundation from which I develop a treatment plan. the end of the consultation I will explain to you what I recommend and why. You can ask any questions you may have. We discuss when we need to follow up and book that in. If a herbal formula is part of the plan I make it for you. after you leave I write up your treatment plan and recommendations and email you a copy so you have all the information we have discussed to refer to.
