24.01.2022 Appreciation Post 8years ago we created Enlightened Hair Studio with a vision to create a hair community in Baldivis that everyone could come and have hair that was 100% and leave on top of the world! Safe to say that I feel we have created that and it could not have been achieved with out each and everyone of our Staff,looking through all of their work I’m so proud of each and every one of them and I wanted to publicly thank them for coming along in this journey with us. 18.01.2022 Salon Policy Regarding Appointments As you are all aware we are a busy Studio and currently have long wait lists. We ask all clients to confirm there appointment 48-24 hours before if not we will follow up with a phone call as a last point of contact if no response Unfortunatly we will then offer your appointment to a waiting client. As you can understand we love having you all visit us and we are trying to accomodate everybody as much as we can. No shows will incur $50 dep...osit for next booking and all new colour clients will be asked to also pay $50 deposit to secure. We will now send a confirmation Text 48 and 24 hours before your appointment if no response we will then contact you directly via phone if no contact is made we will then cancel your appointment so that people who are waiting can get in. We will also be implementing a $50 deposit to be taken off your service amount for all new clients to make new bookings.
