17.01.2022 My Young Living Family.... This man was a true leader. His Spirit larger than life itself.... We are his legacy ! As we sync in with these oils today, let's remember him. Here is a write up from our Young Living President and Chief Operating Officer Jared Turner. "Today marks the second anniversary of Gary’s passing. Time flies by, but our collective memories remain strongly in place. And so do my personal ones... like they happened yesterday. This painting hangs in our lab at our global headquarters in Utah. It’s from a photograph I took years ago at our Highland Flats farm and distillery in Idaho. We had harvested balsam fir and blue spruce all day and we were sitting down for dinner, but we couldn’t find Gary. I volunteered to go looking for him. I looked all over camp then looked out a camp window and saw a faint light coming from the distillery. I threw on my snow boots and trudged out through deep snow to the distillery. Once there, I walked down the stairs to where the oil condensers descend to the oil separators and saw Gary just sitting there on an oil barrel with a little smile on his face as he stared at the last drops of oil bubbling up through the separator. I knew instantly it was a special moment and a sacred space; it captured the essence of Gary. Seeing him there, after dark, after an exhausting day, just watching his beloved oil percolate through the separator something he had seen a thousand times beforemade me feel grateful that YL was founded by somebody who, at great personal sacrifice, pioneered the essential oil space by putting his whole heart and soul into it. He genuinely loved the oils, and as a result of that love, we have what we have today. I miss my old friend every day, but feel deep biding gratitude for what he did that made our lives better in so many ways." #GaryOn #essentialoils #youngliving #WeAreYL

15.01.2022 Recently I completed Deepak Chopra's abundance challenge, and I started my own group per the challenge, and now I am doing another course about wealth creation. My nights are filled with studies in some form or another. Law, Finances or something to navigate this weird arse world that we live in, and that my Soul decided to experience. 08.01.2022 My husband and children having our mid morning smoothie, with some GF buckwheat, fish-shaped cookies that my eldest son made. Smoothie Recipe - 8 medjool dates... 4 big scoops of coconut milk powder 4 scoops of hemp seeds 2 big scoops of cacao powder 1 drop of Cinnamon essential oil 1 drop of Nutmeg essential oil 1 drop of Ginger essential oil 1 drop of Cardamom essential oil 1L of distilled or purified water Blend and Enjoy the chocolate spicy goodness !! A bit about the smoothie and potential health benefits - Medjool Dates may help protect the heart. The fibre can help clear out bad cholesterol and keep your arteries clean. They are also a rich source of antioxidants and a healthy source of carbs. One study has indicated that they reduce the brain plaque associated with alzhimers. Wow how amazing are medjool dates.
