07.01.2022 We all have our internal demons and struggles that attempt to stop us from reaching our goals. That little voice in our head that tells is we just cant do it. Even me.

06.01.2022 [LONG POST BUT VERY IMPORTANT FOR WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS ] Sometimes we just have bad days. we fall of the wagon and we binge eat or we just end up saying f*%#@ it im not exercising today or tomorrow. what this usually turns into is a guilt ridden few days where you feel so depressed you just end up thinking whats the point i cant do this. would ii be right in saying this? This is where most women fall over and turn back to old habits that are keeping them from changing. the ke...y is to not feel guilty at all. now i know this sounds hard but it can actually be quite easy. we need to learn from our mistakes. Find out what triggered the binge eating. was it that you were just that hungry that you had to eat right now? or an emotional eating response for instant gratification? whatever the reason there is always a cause and with every cause we have a choice in how we react. if you can remember that you always have a choice, it will get easier. some tips to help you through this when it happens. 1- Don't feel guilty if you binge eat or give up for a day or 2. its not the end of the world. its actually an integral part of the learning process. 2- Don't try and make up for a binge eating session by eating less the next day. this will actually work against you. you actually have to eat to lose fat. 3- Don't try to make up exercise sessions if you miss one. this can lead to over training and result in burn out completely as your body does not have time to recover. 4- When shit happens note down what it was and how you reacted. once you have written that down then write down how you would have wanted to react. this will help you deal with the situation better next time. 5- Acknowledge that something has actually happend but don't dwell on it. you cant change it so don't worry about it. accept that it has happend and move on 6- DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE MAKE AN EXCUSE FOR WHAT HAPPENED. THIS WILL JUST LEAD TO FURTHER EXCUSES THAT YOU FORCE YOURSELF TO BELIEVE. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A GOOD EXCUSE! last but not least. Pick yourself up off the ground and go and give it another shot. The more you keep trying the more you move towards your goal. Everyone has got in in them to be the best person they can and reach their goals. I personally guarantee you this. You only have to make the decision to do something about it and stick with it. If its getting hard that's great because it means you are growing as a person and moving closer to fulfilling your dreams. You van and you will reach your goals. but only if you take action and keep moving forward. What tip are you going to work on most. let us know in the comments and we will help you keep accountable. Drinking plenty of water during the day can help reduce your appetite and keep you full. therefore lowering daily caloric ...intake and increasing weight loss. Aim for a minimum of 2 liters a day. As sometimes when you feel hungry you are actually just thirsty and your body can not tell the difference. Simple trick. take a 2ltr milk bottle marked with different times of the day and drink when the line matches the current time.
