21.01.2022 New Year's Eve at the Sydney Opera House! Opera Australia has again invited us to perform for their New Year's Eve Gala in the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall Northern Foyer. We are honored that this is the third NYE we have been invited to play for Opera Australia at one of the world's most iconic and remarkable NYE venues. We're looking forward to another terrific night.

06.01.2022 What ! A gig ! Yes, at last. Saturday night 27 March at the New Hampton Hotel 9-15 Bayswater Rd, Kings Cross. Time for all that isolation practice and then intensive rehearsal time (ha) to go on show, and what a lineup! Let's start with the horns - Stu Vandegraaff on alto, Nathan Milliner trumpet, Dr Simon Chadwick on tenor, then the engine room headed up by the mighty Ben Pritchard on drums, Anthony Donohue bass, Sam Mudie guitar/pole dancing, along with Mikey and Rob shame...lessly attention-seeking at the front on vocals, plus the strong possibility of some other blow-ins' dropping by to cause trouble. A slick, seamless and professional presentation by a well oiled aggregation of world-class artists? or just a bunch of blokes having a couple of beers and a good time? The difference between expectation, perception and reality will all become clear from 7pm, and then progressively blurred as the evening unfolds. Any requests? Let me know.

01.01.2022 Saturday March 16 we are at the Unity Hall Hotel, deep in the heart of Balmain. Tim will be joining us again on vocals, belting out some tunes, Matt on bass, Dave on drums, Sam on guitar, Danny on trumpet, Scott on alto sax, Dr Simon on tenor sax, and I'll have a sing as well... that's a lot of blokes for a tiny stage. Come along and see if we all fit, should be a laugh.
