08.01.2022 Congratulations to Soraya who got her first pair of pointe shoes today! Soraya has been with us since she was 4 years old! She was such a cute little ballerina with the most beautiful pointed toes! Very proud of you!

08.01.2022 This! I’ve been saying for years that we need to strengthen the dancers before stretching them! Over stretching is never ok! I cringe when I see kids doing the splits with their foot on a block and their all misaligned and for what? A pure line always looks so much more amazing than a over split. It’s so important to me that we carefully nurture our children and guide their technique appropriately. Thanks Keep Kids Safe In Dance for posting this
