24.01.2022 Marble Eggs EASTER Craft Get the kids involved in this fun and quick Easter activity, making marble Easter eggs! All you need are eggs, vegetable oil, white vinegar, paper towel, food colouring and water.... Method: 1. Hard boil eggs 2. Choose your lighter base colour/s. In a bowl place 1 cup of hot water, 1tsp white vinegar, and 5-8 drops of food colouring and stir. Carefully place your eggs in the bowl and let it colour for 1 minute. Remove and leave to completely dry on paper towel. 3. For the second colour, add 1 cup of warm water, 1tbsp of vegetable oil, and 20 drops of food colouring to a bowl and stir. Carefully roll your eggs around until you notice a marble effect, then remove and dry on paper towel. 4. Try different colour combinations- it's a great way to show kids how to mix colours to create new colours Create wonderful Easter memories with the kids, and a snack for later Happy Easter Gainsborough Greens Community and Pimpama Photo credit and recipe: https://www.bhg.com//cr/make-marbled-easter-eggs-with-oil/
