21.01.2022 Such excellent advice for managing emotional regulation. Keeping ourselves regulated emotionally and behaviourally in the face of a child’s dysregulation is something that takes practice for all of us. Share your calm during the storm.

21.01.2022 Yes, yes and yes! Resting up for another fabulous week before the Silly Seaon (that we love!!!!) really arrives. Have a great week, everyone xxoo

20.01.2022 We couldn’t LOVE this more Amazing little ad. And so very true... People with disabilities can make the very best employees, when they’re given a go and supported.

17.01.2022 Weekend goals.... Do you often see something beautiful, but not say anything for fear of embarrassing yourself? I do.... But last weekend, I saw a lady in my fave local cafe - she’d gone to so much trouble with her gorgeous outfit... so I told her she looked so beautiful in her colourful dress. And she was so chuffed. I really think it made her day. And guess what, I think it kinda made mine too! Spreading kindness is pretty darn cool, and I’m going to try to make a point to ...do it more often. Who wants to join me, starting this weekend? If you see something beautiful, say something... #spreadthelove #kindnessisfree #payitforward

16.01.2022 What an awesome achievement by Kara. Let’s see the ‘ability,’ and not focus on the ‘disability.’ #kickinggoals

10.01.2022 Just a Friday reminder....

06.01.2022 Do you know some practical ways to help create a better, more inclusive world for people with Autism? Have a read of this little gem.... https://www.abc.net.au//tips-for-better-communic/12894868

02.01.2022 Today is INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY. A big shout out to all our wonderful clients kicking goals and following their dreams. The ABC have released a series of awesome stories on people with disabilities over the past week. This one talks about people who use wheelchairs and the various reasons why they might do so. Remember, when you see someone with a disability- speak directly to them (not their carer). See them. Acknowledge them. Respect them, like you would anyone else. Let’s make this world a more inclusive place xxoo
