22.01.2022 Enso take pride in never cancelling a class, and lockdown is no exception. Our regular timetable resumes tomorrow at 6:45 am and during lockdown all classes will be online only. At this stage we are planning to be back in studio for Monday 6:30pm core. Keep an eye here on our Facebook page for updates. Normally Xone is free for direct debit and paid in full members only, but this weekend it will also be available to class pass holders because we know how important a regular yoga practice is during these challenging times. You are most welcome <3

I know these new Australians will love your generosity and be grateful for this wonderful gift. It will be delivered tomorrow in plenty of time to be enjoyed over the festive season

14.01.2022 Following the Premier's announcement this morning, our Monday 6:30pm core class will be offered in studio and online tonight. Please wear a mask on entering and leaving the studio as well as while you practice. You may take your mask off if you are working hard and the exertion of your practice is causing heavy respiration. Please practice socially distanced at 1.5m. Let me know if you have any questions (info updated following information from Qld Health Minister 12/1).
