22.01.2022 A little inspiration for your Friday // Karlee Irwin's career journey with us is one of not only extreme talent but of a little faith... Karlee unknowingly began her 15-year career within Telstra straight out of school. First stop was as a retail sales superstar, who quickly took charge of the store admin and training for the team, already confirming how versatile she could be! When it was time to move on from retail, she shifted to the business sales space at the Telstra Bus...iness Centre, which is where she met Mark Etchells, director of ENTAG. Mark was instantly impressed by her talents, so not long after, he asked her to join the start up team ENTAG, where she up-skilled herself in Project Management and OWNED the Enterprise project space. After a time there, in 2019, Mark asked her to commit to a big change, and move into Enterprise Sales. Karlee was hesitant, she didn't believe she was the right fit, but Mark ensured her he would not let her fail. Fast forward to now, she's our top Enterprise Sales Performer at ENTAG and we couldn't be prouder! Karlee's advice? If someone tells you they see potential in you, take a risk, trust that person has your back, work hard and take every opportunity that comes your way.
