Our students and staff have been having fun with the coloured tape and tape measure.....the shop is visually prepared for customers and we are all trained in social distancing and great hygiene practices. Looking forward to welcoming you from Monday 8th June....but, just in case, we will be watching your safe practices too so that we can all support each other to remember the rules.

17.01.2022 A big hello to all our supporters and loyal customers. The WIMS outlet is currently closed so we can ensure that our amazing students and staff stay safe during this time. We are still accepting any donations of shoes or ladies apparel so there will be lots of stock for us to clean and display when we open again. If you have any donations we can order a pickup through our supportive team at Cash for Containers Project. Just head over to their facebook page DSANT Cash for Containers and leave a message in the comments box with your details. Our staff and students are currently enjoying their classes through the Project21 Virtual Classroom, we are nurturing some natural talents in presenters and tech skills. We are all well and hope you and your families stay healthy and well too.

12.01.2022 Hello from Callum and Cassandra in WIMS. We have a fantastic new Window Display done by Callum this morning. MENS DRESS SHOES ... Did you know a lot of work goes into these displays. - moving the shoes from the last display and putting them into the correct sizing areas. - vacuuming and cleaning the floor and windows. - thinking of what we can showcase for the next few weeks. - discussing what the display should look like. Even mapping it out on some scrap paper first. - today we decided to put the shoes into a pattern to make it look more appealing. - polishing the shoes and tying the laces. So Big Thankyou to Callum for working hard on this display this morning. Come in and see it for yourself. We will be here today and tomorrow from 9am till 2pm.

07.01.2022 February seems a lifetime away but I wanted to post and acknowledge the amazing students from Project21 who attended the Having a Say Conference held by VALID in Geelong. The conference included activities, workshops, social events and peer led sessions discussion the many factors associated with living an independent life and having a say about the choices we can make. Thank you to VALID for sponsoring our conference fees and for the Community Benefit Fund who assisted us t...o travel to Geelong and attend. So many other attendees came up to thank us for travelling such a long way, truly our students are the NT's greatest Ambassadors. We learned so much and brought that information back to the NT creating a power point of our activities. If you would like a presentation by our students of the power point please let us know, we would be delighted to share our experience. All are looking forward to going again next year, funding permitting.

01.01.2022 Welcome back to WIMS, WIMS is open today till 1pm. We have 2 of our students training in WIMS today. ... We know that our local sports have resumed so our students have set up a wonderful display for all your sports footwear. We have a Covid plan in place and a hand sanitiser station upon entering. We have changed our opening hours.
