17.01.2022 For those of you in leadership positions within your organisation, you have a responsibility to keep your teams informed of updates on the Corona Virus Monitoring the situation on a daily basis ensures you are up to date with the latest advice. We encourage you to do this using WHO and the Department of Health websites. https://www.who.int/emergen/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019... https://www.health.gov.au//novel-coronavirus-2019-ncov-hea The advice has changed since last week, specifically the list of high risk countries. The best defence is still excellent hygiene with thorough and regular handwashing and good respiratory hygiene by covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. If you use a tissue dispose of it immediately. Stay safe!

Our services are discretionary, and with clients focused on dealing with COVID-19 we have had mass cancellations of current work, as well as extremely low forecasted work for the coming months. Unfortunately, we cannot sustain the team and the business in this environment of uncertainty, and our only option is to shut down completely. In reaching this point, we feel there is much to be proud of. Over the... best part of a decade we have created a vibrant, positive business and hope to have left a lasting positive impact on many businesses and leaders around Tasmania. We are deeply grateful to our clients for their commitment to leadership, culture and strategy - and ultimately the importance of people. The biggest issue we find in our work with teams is moving people along the continuum, from artificial harmony where they pretend everything is ok and dont raise issues in order not to rock the boat to somewhere just to the left of the middle of the continuum where personal attacks are far from encouraged. At this point, teams are engaging in constructive conflict without stepping over the line to become destructive.
