19.01.2022 Hi everyone, we have a tough road ahead of us and I thought we could offer a few ideas of what we are doing to get through the Covid 19 outbreak. So 2 weeks ago we bought a 2nd hand treadmill on FB. We managed to just fit it in the lounge room. I'm planning on using it on rainy days and when we can't leave the house. Till then we are walking 30-60minutes in the morning and then again at arvo/night. We can come together and help each other out. Please share what ideas you have come up with :) I can't wait to hear and see your pictures.
