22.01.2022 This is great news. In my line of work, I feel like I'm the one doing the job that big companies should be doing themselves, by repeatedly diagnosing, fixing & reporting bugs in both products & services. If big corporations are going to continue to release products & services before proper beta testing has been completed just to beat the competition to the line (not that Apple does this much, but are getting worse) more rewards should be offered for those at frontline doing the work. Telstra, NBN, Samsung, Microsoft (who are improving), take a note from Apples book. https://www.itnews.com.au//apple-gives-education-grant-to-

19.01.2022 Ok, well as I said yesterday, here's a follow up on my Facebook Live I did yesterday. Below is a screenshot of one example of a common free Software I regularly use for group meetings called Zoom. Give me a call if you need help setting something like this up.

16.01.2022 Gee! Can't say I've ever seen Gmail down before. Mind you, maybe it's just my bad luck that I wanted to use it during one of those rare occasions. P.S. As I wrote this post it recovered.

11.01.2022 Remember, your security is only as strong as your weakest point.

09.01.2022 What's your weakest point in you home or business network? This might the old computer (or phone for that matter) out the back that you don't use much any more. If it ever connects to your network or internet at some point then that could be your weakest point that puts all connected devices at risk. All your connected devices need scheduled maintenance just like your car.... Contact us NOW to protect yourself.

06.01.2022 People are very quick to blame NBN, internet and telco providers for their slow online experiences. This can sometimes be the case, but it's worthwhile carrying out a bit of due diligence and getting your own infrastructure including computer & phone software checked first to avoid the telco support merry-go-round which is currently a very popular ride. Entire Computer Services can easily check a number of these remotely. Message any time if you're sick of this ride.

01.01.2022 Many people have no idea how or when the recent Huawei ban fallout could affect them. Directly or indirectly this will be unknowingly felt by a vast majority of Australians. I've got a message for the "She'll be right mate" (naive) Australians, just because you don't have a Huawei phone, or any phone, or any technology for that matter, you too will be rudely touched by this at some point because this issue isn't about business IT'S ABOUT POLITICS.... This is the terrible outcome of mixing business with politics, which, both China (who started it) & US equally play this same game. You will notice, I think Australia isn't mentioned anywhere in this video, but, believe me, at some point, this will have far more damaging & reaching effects (per capita) than it will to the US. Yes, state secrets & national security are of utmost importance for all nations, including China & US and for that reason I applaud someone for taking action, but, could they have gone about it in a more diplomatic way? Maybe if we (Australia) were in charge we could. Are we neutral enough with a vested interest on both sides & a reputation for being comparatively diplomatic? Is this just the start of much bigger War we aren't prepared for? Thanks to freedom of speech in Australia, that is my opinion or as we say "my 2 bob worth".
