09.01.2022 South Coast Athletics Centre is all ready to go for this coming weekends first meet. We were able to help by fitting in a 400m track for the first time at this venue, that’s the advantage of the GPS line marker!
09.01.2022 Over the past few years at EDPS there has been a determined effort to upgrade the sports/PE/yard facilities for the students of our school. The main and JP ova...ls have had upgraded irrigation. They have had soccer and rugby goals installed recently along with professional line marking (by EnviroTech who also do the line marking for Adelaide Oval). Both Soccer goals are brand new with the Rugby goals being donated by the NRL/Rugby SA saving the school many thousands of dollars! The new backboards on the paved Primary basketball courts replace the well used ones that have served our kids so well over the years with a fresh orange and white set of rings and nets. These new facilities are being used daily by our students with games organised by our 9 amazing 2020 House Leaders. They will also be well used during our modified Sports Day this year that we are hoping to bring to you via various photographic platforms including using Gimbles, iPads and drone footage that is being taught to a group of our students with a combined PE/STEM focus over the last few months.
