23.01.2022 Wanted: seeding staff / general farm work We are looking for two people for the upcoming seeding season starting early April 2020 for approximately 8+ weeks on... our farm 105km NNE of Esperance in Western Australia. Duties will be driving and operating a brand new seeding rig consisting of a New Holland T9.615 track tractor towing a 80ft/24m Seedhawk air drill with 20t Morris airseeder cart on a controlled traffic system. We will be planting canola, wheat and barley and some legumes on a total of 8200ha. There will also be some general farm work as it arises. Previous experience with similar type of equipment is an advantage. You must be able to understand auto steer and electronic monitoring systems and have good English communication skills. Depending on weather and timing, we will be seeding 24/7 on a 12hr/12hr rotation. This is strictly a NON-SMOKING job. Pay is $28/hr. Applicants are expected to be neat and tidy at all times and have an eye for detail. A valid drivers licence is essential. We offer free food and shared accommodation on farm.
