25.01.2022 Here is a home at Carina that we prepared the floor before the kitchen was installed and then came back after to continue sanding till finished.

25.01.2022 Hi all sorry for not posting but have been very busy. Here we have a home at Home hill on top of the mountain with 200sqmtrs of French oak that we finished with a two pack water base product called Invisible by Loba coatings. This product keeps the floors looking like if they were raw and it has a Matt finish. Very hard wearing. We did some extra work on some beautiful blue gum slabs that they were using as bar tops.

24.01.2022 Here we have a beautiful home in the Ascot area this house has old and new sections of hoop pine floors which we have stained chocolate brown and finished with a 2pack water base coating to a semi gloss finish. Notice afterwards that you can't notice the difference between the old and new.

24.01.2022 This home is massive ,we sanded,stained and polished this old black butt floor and stairs to a light brown colour and finished it with oil modified to a low sheen. When using oils you enhance the grain in the timber and it gives you a more elegant look

24.01.2022 Brisbane Parliament House We sanded and polished the Strangers Bar and Dinning Hall which had parquetry floors that had loose fingers that needed to be re glued, we finished the floor with bona HD which is a 2 pack water base product designed for high traffic areas, to a satin finish.

12.01.2022 UQ Brisbane The lunch room we worked on is a parquetry floor which we sanded and finished to a gloss finish. The meeting hall has a brush box strip floor which we finished to a gloss finish also.

10.01.2022 Another Beautiful floor was hiding under some floor coverings at Carina. Here the owner Joe"top bloke" has worked hard to get the floor ready for us to come and sanded here are some pics. They decided to go with a dark stain over this Jarrah floor. When staining red floors you need to go really dark almost black to stop the red coming through so we went with a dark chocolate brown and finished it with semi gloss.

10.01.2022 This floor took extra work as it was a natural grade and it had a lot of holes and imperfections that had to be puttied before coating. Finished with gloss

09.01.2022 Here we have another home in Hamilton with French oak boards that we stained to a darker brown stain and you can see the grain really stand out it gorges. This was finished with an oil modified to a low sheen finish.

08.01.2022 In this Brisbane home the owners renovated their kitchen and moved cabinets and left unpolished floors exposed so we re-sanded the kitchen area and blended it to the rest of the existing polished floors.

08.01.2022 Here we have a beautiful Jarrah timber floor hiding under carpet and lino. Any thing under lino is a nightmare cause of the amount of staples that need to be removed. This home is situated in Greenslopes. We finished it with a 2 pack water base to matt finish.

06.01.2022 At this school in Moorooka we removed the carpet that was glued down to the floor so we could sanded and finish it with a polyurethane semi gloss. Most of the floors that we sand we will completely punch and putty. The only time we don’t it’s when the floor has been previously sanded and it has been punched deep enough and has the right colour putty.

05.01.2022 A Hamilton Island Home This was a recycled tallowwood floor which we sanded, polished and finished with an oil modified low sheen.

03.01.2022 A home in Northern NSW with over 200sqmtrs of wide board European oak with a herring bone pattern going across in hallway. We sanded it and stained it with a mixture of walnut and black stain. We finished it with an oil modified to a low sheen finish.

03.01.2022 Here we got to sand and polish and repair this parquetry floor at our local chapel hall at Moggil.

03.01.2022 This home in Clayfield had a mixture of old and new hoop pine that the customer wanted stained dark brown to hide the difference in colour and make the home look more modern. Builders please don't use silicone under skirting boards. We spent half a day cutting out silicone from under all the skirting boards so that we wouldn't have any rejection on the coats.
