This issue is due to a NBN / Optus / Telstra debacle second to non and can only be described as the worst joke ever laid on a small business. At this stage Optus (or Telstra - whomever you believe) has not fully ported our number so for some reason we can only received calls from Optus numbers (we dont know why this is and no-one can tell us). We have been promised they are working on this and can only apologise to you that are struggling.
