07.01.2022 Maintaining the correct pH for your pool is important for many reasons. We have explained what the pH numbers mean, why pH matters and how to keep your pH levels correct without the fuss.

06.01.2022 What takes Enviroswim 30 seconds, takes chlorine 15 minutes to do. ~ The slower sanitising time of chlorine means bacteria can multiply many times before it’s killed. This slow burn equals higher amounts of sanitising chemicals and electricity just to keep a pool clean. It can seem like an endless cycle because it is. ~ Enviroswim kills bacteria in approximately 30 seconds without added chlorine equaling fewer chemicals, lower electricity, fewer trips to the pool shop and a better outcome for your health and wallet.

06.01.2022 Fibreglass pools are extremely durable, don’t require a pool liner and need less cleaning than a concrete pool surface. While concrete pools are custom made, fibreglass pools are pre-moulded and dropped in. Since the shell’s made off site, it just takes 1-2 days to install versus up 2-6 months for a concrete pool. Over the past 30 years, fibreglass pools have leveled up aesthetically with beautiful features and finishes.

02.01.2022 Just like brushing your teeth or cleaning your bathtub, it’s recommended to brush the surface of your pool, even in winter. While sophisticated pool cleaners can cut cleaning time, they won’t remove dirt and algae like a good scrub will. ~ It’s recommended to brush at least 10 minutes once a week, ideally twice. For unpainted concrete use a brush with stainless steel and nylon bristles, for fibreglass use nylon bristles only. Don’t forget the ladder and corners! What’s your pool care routine?
