24.01.2022 This South Perth apartment kitchen renovation really is a transformation! The owner was happy to forego the dining table for a much larger kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating on two sides. Design and project co-ordination by Envision Design. 23.01.2022 Is it worth paying for a professional designer? Following are some costs based on our Applecross client's recent kitchen and laundry renovation: They obtained three quotes for supply and installation of the cabinetry - ranging from $21,500 to $28,000. All cabinetmakers were recommended by Envision and were quoting on the same materials and quality of hardware.... They went with the cabinetmaker who quoted $21,500 - and he did a fantastic job! Design and documentation fees ** $1,680 + gst = $1,848 They also project managed the trades themselves and the drawings gave them confidence and control of their renovation. "Credit goes to my husband re engaging a designer, he said he wanted to invest in design to guarantee the best outcome - plus it assisted our communication about what we both wanted so winning all around. It was easy to get quotes based on the design and the lack of stress was worth it alone!" ** Envision's fees included: Three in home consultations - measure, design and material selections Design and 3D of both the Kitchen and Laundry Detailed CAD documentation (floorplans and elevations) of the Kitchen and Laundry Finishes Schedule detailing material and hardware selections. All documentation is supplied as a PDF which you can email for quotes.

20.01.2022 Our Kardinya clients are loving their new kitchen which has been completed as one of the first steps of a major home renovation. The central structural post had to remain but has been concealed by smoked mirror which has also been used to great effect in the back of the glass fronted display cabinets. We worked on this project in conjunction with La Vie Interiors in Applecross.

It's definately one of our favourite designs and our developer client is very happy with the results. 09.01.2022 We've just received this wonderful testimonial from our Shelley clients: "After thinking about combining two older style bathrooms and updating our ageing laundry for some time, we landed on Envision Design to realise our ideas. Jane and Alan understood very quickly what we wanted. 07.01.2022 Our Alfred Cove client is thrilled with her newly transformed kitchen! The layout was dictated by the floor tiles that had to remain and the existing breakfast bar constrained by a brick nib wall - but we were able to remove the oven brickwork and built in pantry. The homeowner originally wanted an all white kitchen but happily took my advice to add some timber detail. My favourite part is the triangular shelves which have turned a previously awkwardly shaped area into a beautiful feature where the homeowner can display her beautiful collection of pottery from her world travels. 06.01.2022 This is the second kitchen we have designed for our Balcatta clients who are becoming expert renovators! Cabinetry by Mike and the team from Ferrari Furniture and Cabinet Makers. Appliances from Danny Parker at Winning Appliances Osborne-Park and tiling by Ablaze Tiling.

06.01.2022 Our client's brief was to remodel this large demountable building into a beautiful Wellness Centre! It's complete with small retail/consultation area, yoga studio and hairdressing and massage rooms (not shown). We've absorbed as many of the support posts as possible within the walls but there are a few pesky ones left....
