24.01.2022 WHY ENVISION? Think about your future and how you want to look/feel. Now take that thought and turn it into a mental image, visualise it, foresee it. As humans, if we see something that we like and want, we become motivated and use the Law of Attraction to obtain that something. For example: if you want to be a teacher, you will go to uni, study hard and ensure that everything else falls into place in order for you to achieve that goal. ... OR If you see an advertisement on the TV for a delicious burger, you will get in the car to go and get that burger. Same with your health, fitness and lifestyle goals. I believe that if you truly envision your goal, you are more likely to achieve it. See more

01.01.2022 Why did I become a PT? Originally I was sick of hearing so many different things. I wasn’t sure how often I should be going to the gym and then what I should be doing when I get there - cardio? weights? How much/what should I be eating? What is fasting? Keto? Why? ... I would watch so many videos online posted by Instagram Influencers and then test that out or follow that program because it works for THEM. Eventually I got fed up and wanted some answers on how to actually get the results that I wanted!! Since completing my Cert III & IV in fitness I have been putting everything I learnt to good use. I have achieved goals I never even knew I had and hey if I can help others do the same, why not? So now I am taking one for the team and sharing my own results to show just how effective and important weight training and nutrition actually is when it comes to shredding down and building that lean muscle mass that we all want! The picture on the left was 8 weeks ago at the end of a mini bulk. The picture on the right was today. 30/09/2019 Weight: 61.8kg Skeletal Muscle Mass: 24.7kg Body Fat %: 26.8 26/11/2019 Weight: 56kg Skeletal Muscle Mass: 25.3kg Body Fat %: 18.7 What does this mean?
