24.01.2022 Same street, different scenery. I was inspired by my friend @kayo_dekker to go for a walk first in the morning. So instead driving to my usual café, I changed up and took a walk there.... Ive met 3 cute dogs along the way and made some friends. The friends I couldnt have made if I was driving. Same street, different scenery.

So, Im trying this cleansing without changing anything else to see if theres any change to my body purely by having these powders without changing anything else. For those of you who know me, I cant drink alcohol even if my life depended on it.... I get red and tipsy on Kombucha (the fermentation causes0.000001% alcohol in the beverage). 22.01.2022 Last week, @westernpowerwa cut my power out. No wifi, no tethering, phones out of batteries. Making me anxious for 2 zoom meetings I need to attend at night. Can I make it? Then my inspiration told me to go the sea.... My first swim of the season, all by myself with only seagulls as a company. Soaked in the sun and salt, I got home to find the power has been restored way before the 6pm scheduled recovery. 17.01.2022 8 Wow, August has been a FULL month! ... I have tried few new things and achieved some milestones I started a twice weekly bootcamp to boost my WFH sluggish energy. Thank you @_totalmovement. I have got someone else to do my make up and got a professional to do some photos of mine. Thank you @perth_hair_makeup and @87mizukiphotography I have obtained mid-certificate for my study of Integrated Nutrition from IIN, now able to coach holistically (at heavily discounted price!). Thank you @nutiritionschool for the opportunity. I will be assisting beautiful @tonic_yoga with her 5 weeks pre-natal yoga course at @spandaschool, starting from this Sunday. 16.01.2022 I loved cats ever since I was a child. Every opportunity I had, I got myself involved in a cat ownership. First cat was called Oliver, he was a tiny little thing we got off from a newspaper ads (before internet days).... I was 13, and had no idea how to take care of an animal, so on the day 2, I've let this tiny thing out of the house, and he never came back. Second cat was called, Minca. She was just like Oliver, a grey tabby with beautiful marking on her coat. After we'd had her for a couple of weeks, I went away for 2 weeks as part of school excursion. While I was away, Minca caught some birds, which traumatised my mother, so my mother put Minca away in Cat Haven. I was devastated. I was 16. At 18, I was living with my then boyfriend, he also loved cats. So got another cat called Puma (Poohma). We broke up and I parted my way with Puma too. Ever since these 3 failed attempts at relationships with cats, I've been traumatised and believed the story that I'm a horrible pet owner and scared to own another cat soul, even though I LOVED them. Untill, last year, welcoming Omlette home. It brought me to tears, thinking about all those past cats who I couldn't give as much love as I could. It felt like a redemption. Now complete with her little brother Milo, I watch over the two and fills my heart with so much love, clearing of the curse of failed cat relationships. 14.01.2022 Yin and Yang - https://mailchi.mp/59114723e9c7/yin-and-yang I don't often gift myself with a luxury of a retreat, but this mini day retreat lead by Tenille and January, was exactly what I needed. I also realised I needed to change my language and shift the notion that retreat, in fact is a necessity, not a luxury.... I love being productive, being busy, creating and connecting. But somewhere along the way, I've forgotten to pause and rest, like I always preach! The retreat was a great reminder, that I too, need to rest.

So I want to purge all of the guilt that I've been carrying. I'm sorry that I locked my little sister out all night when I was 13 because we had a fight.... I'm sorry that I asked for $100 from my father and lied that I needed a text book, but I spent it on bunch of comics and afternoon coffee with friends. I'm sorry I quit my year 11 and made my Japanese teacher jobless cos I was the only student of hers. I'm sorry that my poor little kitty got sent to Cat Haven cos mother couldn't look after it while I was away for 2 weeks. I'm sorry that I lied that I was sunburnt when if fact I had my first drink and didn't realise it would make me so lobster red. I'm sorry. #guilt #atonement # #confessions

06.01.2022 One day, the whole family took a drive trip somewhere, carrying the dreaded cat carriage without me in it. I was relieved. And then, they came home with the carriage with this little skinny thing meowing like a little mozzie flying.... I could smell something different in the house, but I didn't get to see the skinny grey thing until few days later. At first, I was cautious, making sure I was maintaining my dignity with my hiss. The hiss didn't seem to phase his skinny ass, he started to crawl on top of me, how dare he?! This little "Milo" thing got too comfortable with my luscious fur, he started to knead on me. Wait what? It actually feels nice on me too.
