12.01.2022 Testing the fire detection system sounders we installed today. These were needed to comply with the BCA and AS 1670.1.In other words we needed really loud sounders outside all the unit entry doors so the occupants can be warned if there’s a fire.
12.01.2022 Installed this nice new stainless steel exhaust for the onsite diesel hydrant pump with the help of the pump tech and builder. Bit more to do at the pump side and were done.

08.01.2022 Here are some pics of a grease fire that started in a restaurant. Fire quickly spread to the roof. Maybe if they had a suppression system there would be less down time for the Restaraunt. Fire fighters did a great job in stopping further damage.
