03.01.2022 What a year 2020 has been. So many ups and downs, challenges and changes. For eos, through the biggest challenge I have faced in my beauty career, there has been many positives and I am thankful for the continued support from all my beautiful clients, friends, family and especially my kids and my husband. The start of 2021 will see a few changes as I try to ease back on my hours working in the studio and I understand that this may impact on clients not being able to make app...ointments but for me, I have learnt through what has become our new normal, that a work and life balance is so important. I thank you for adjusting to my new way of booking online and paying deposits, it has certainly been a positive move and well received by majority of clients. I have not had a single no show since reopening in June, which those that work by appointments will understand, is a massive achievement. No shows impact not only on my income but also on my ability to book clients that are waiting for an appointment. At the moment I am fully booked until April and have made the hard decision to close my online booking system for a period of time to keep it manageable. (don’t panic I will post to let you all know when it will be opening back up). I have also made the decision to close my books to new clients for the time being. I am so grateful and feel so blessed to be so busy but being a solo therapist I can only do so much. I will have a waiting list option on the booking system that you can add yourself to in case there are cancellations (if you add yourself to the wait list please write the treatment(s) and days/times you are available, this will make things easier for me to fill cancellations) Thank you again for trusting me to be your beauty therapist and I hope that the new year will be a great year for you all, filled with good health, love, laughter and adventures, Eos is closing Wednesday 23rd for some down time with my loved ones.
