24.01.2022 Hello All!! As of next year my hrs will change slightly as all my children will be at school. Monday 1030-230 Tuesday 1030-130 & 6-8pm Wednesay 6-9pm... Thursday 1030-130 These hrs make me more available for. My children and their sport commitments as well. Not a huge amount has changed Ive just cut back a couple of evening hrs. Ill be more available during the day.

23.01.2022 Tomorrow will be my last day of practicing. I really need to do the right thing by my clients and by family. We all need to take responsibility! 23.01.2022 Some of us know what its like to suffer from certain irritating skin conditons.. This poor fella knows first hand how painful they can be. He has tried numerous creams and nothing has soothed his poor hands. My sister gave his wife some cream to try.. And although he used the whole tub in 3 short days his hands have never looked or felt better! The creams and soaps are natural no nasties you could eat it straight out the tub.. 15.01.2022 Its Sunday night! Miss my beautiful clients. Thinking of all of you. My hands are buzzing waiting for things to return to normal. Ive been super busy studying and making videos for my amazing lecturer! Im grateful to have this extra time to really broaden my knowledge. Im grateful to have my beautiful family Im grateful to have a lovely backyard to play in with my kids. Every now and then Ill have the shittest day... But I tell myself no more.. Have a shit day and get over it get on with it and I remind myself of how lucky I am! We are so lucky. I hope you can find gratitude in all of this I hope you can find beauty and I hope you can allow yourself to have a shit day and know its ok to have them sometimes but remember to only allow "A SHIT Day". Get over it and do something to make you feel good and appreciate again..

06.01.2022 Happy Sunday everyone! Just wanted to say that anyone feeling unwell or feels like they maybe getting something please please reconsider coming to your appointment. I have many clients with comprised immune systems and even just the common cold can make them really sick. Im vigilant with cleaning between clients you may all choke on glen20 or eucalyptus spray Im fit and healthy but there are others out there that arent. Im not freaking out but I do need to put it out there because I do have people that come in sick or feel like they are getting sick. Im sure you care about the ones you know and love so lets care about the ones we dont know as wellx

06.01.2022 Wow.. what a journey! Ive just finished an intensive 4 day cranial sacral therapy course with the most amazing teacher Michael Aaron. Not only has it changed the way I think, it has showed me how powerful emotional trauma is.. the things that can appear after one of these sessions just astounds me. The freedom I now feel in my body and the awareness I have has made me feel so grateful and at peace. This work is totally different to what Ive been practicing for the past 17 years. Cranial work is about touch and about listening and even though the touch is very light the holds are very gentle the technique is extremely powerful. Im excited to be able to offer this technique and Im excited about doing more study in this field. I cant wait to share it with you
