That, and watching Leo unpack chickens from crates after their extremely short journey about 50 metres from brooder to pasture, and declaring himself an excellent chicken farmer! Both little chickens and the little human are living their best life. Solar powered climate controlled brooder for their first couple of weeks, their mobile shed and the mobile abattoir where they'll be respectfully processed all within a 100 metre radius. Not 1000 kilometres, not even 100 kilometres, but 100 metres. You see, food miles aren't just important when it comes to your purchasing decisions, they're also EXTREMELY important when it comes to producing as ...well as processing. All the things that occur before the food arrives to your nearest retailer.
