Jo knocked out an awesome Boxing session (and the coach) at the end of the session Both Gennelle and Catherine muscled their way through a tough weights session, hitting big numbers in the chest press and back squats On a side note: Both Gennelle and Catherine amuse me at every session with their colour coordination, right down to their socks Bring on Thursday with another massive day of clients and group training! Smashing out a killer team session of tyre drags, battle ropes, sandbag cleans, squats, ankle tapping and jump rope. ... Well done team, plenty of encouragement going on and no one being left behind. 21.01.2022 T E A M W O R K This was key in tonights session as these ladies carried, flipped, walked and ran the equipment from one side of the field to the other! Tyres x 2 @ 25kg each (flipped)... Sandbags x 2 @ 15kg Kettlebells x 2 @ 24kg @ 20kg Weight plates x 2 @ 10kg Small tyres x 2 @ 8kg They were given a time cap of 30min and they DELIVERED! 19.01.2022 LONG POST ALERT My journey through fat loss was as struggle, not going to lie. I jumped on many bandwagons (fad diets) to lose the weight and to lose it FAST. It seemed the more I focused on it though, the harder it become. I worked myself up so much that I ended up with an unhealthy relationship with food, also known as a food disorder.... HOW, you ask! I become addicted to weighing EVERYTHING. I become addicted to GOOD food BAD food. Told Id become fat cow from drinking milk, yup, those exact words from a well known industry player. Who has been told eating mash potato or potato in general is BAD? The language thats used around Fad Diets is appalling and in my opinion (because Im aloud to have one) can create eating disorders for those who lets face it, already have one. This leads me into the mindset, without the right mindset, your journey into fat loss will be short lived. No, I didnt lose 18kg in a 7 Day Challenge, 30 Day Challenge, 4 or even 8 Week Challenge. Shit, I didnt even lose it in 6 months! It took me 14 months to get to where I wanted to be. Ill say that again WHERE I WANTED TO BE. What did I do? I took all that pressure away, all the good food, bad food bullshit, threw the scales both food and fat scales away and just made better choices with food, followed by a regular exercise routine and developed a healthy mindset. One that allowed me to drink milk, eat bread and mashed potato... I have maintained my fat loss because I didnt drop 6 dress sizes in 30days... (who am I kidding, I dont even wear dresses!) I gradually over months of routine, mindfulness, hard work and dedication to my goals achieved what I set out to do because my MINDSET was free of all the GOOD and BAD diet labels. MUST and MUST NOT. DOS and DONTS. My befor and after photos ARE on show, WHY? Because I am proud of where I have come from. I am also very proud of how I did it and want I share that with as many people as possible. Thats why I entered the Fitness Industry, to help those who have struggled LONG term to reach BIG goals and MAINTAIN them! #empower #perform #invest #commit Peace out Coach Bee

17.01.2022 Today Cam takes on her very first Power Lifting competition. 11 weeks ago Cam decided she wanted to do a Power Lifting comp. I set my expectations and what I need from her to make these goals a reality. She committed herself whole heartedly. I’m already so damn proud of this woman. Results at this stage are the cherry on top, being here and experiencing Comp Mode is what it’s about.... The journey so far has been EPiC and I look forward to many more competitions to come. Gemma rocks up this morning saying she BOUNCED out of bed she was so EXCITED for the challenge to kick off. Which then turned into a massive 6.1 on the beep test! Georgie smashes out an 8.1 on the beep test! Tracie scores herself 17 toe pushups + 21 on knees in 60 seconds! John got 6.1 on the beep test and a massive 1.75m on the explosive leap! Catherine pulls out a 1.25min plank which is a PB for her since we began training together! SUPER EFFORT to all that have been tested so far.
