This one has been one of those loyal, reliable and versatile friends that I have all to myself for several months. Sweet and well balanced with a wonderful depth and not afraid to give you a gentle kick at the end of a challenging day. Is dark, intense and intriguing and sometimes we enjoy each other’s company with some other mates like tonic, lemon lime and bitters, orange rind but at the... end of the day it is just ice and bloody Shiraz that are the best companions. #bloodyshirazgin has FINALLY invited me around to his house to meet his family @fourpillarsgin #yarravalley I can hardly wait to meet the proud family and take home some of them home to stick around, but not for long through the rest of 2020. Getting this side of our business up with Melbourne Cooking Classes has been so good I can’t wait until we can actually connect you with these cooking classes, run by wonderful home cooks and chefs in awesome locations!
