15.01.2022 We are ZOOMING again, people. While the lock down starts tonight - we are starting now. Hopefully all will go well and we can resume normal studio based cardio sessions on Wednesday BUT this will be pending QLD Health advice. Those who have PT sessions booked during this time, please talk with your trainers directly. It will be likely we can either ZOOM those sessions or work outside at the studio. I will be asking for masks to be worn EVEN with physical distancing. I wil...l provide further information as it comes in. 14.01.2022 With Brisbane in a (hopefully) short lock down.. Many of us may find ourselves with a bit more spare time! We are holding a free Sunday Zoom session at 4pm! If you are keen - comment below or send us a message and we can get you organised to have some exercise and some fun!
