25.01.2022 WEEK 5 - Workout of the Week!! Sometimes a short sharp routine is the go. This routine will burn those calories in no time at all. Tune in to our E Plus Fitness channel over on YouTube. The video is called TABATA 1 and can be found under the videos list. Listen to the video all the way through, its only 5 minutes as the instruction are on the video (apologies for the wind noise) *NB: Guides to exercise technique/form can be found in separate videos.
23.01.2022 COVID-19 NEWS***** E+, like everyone is feeling the impact of this virus in our community. We want to let you all know what our policies re classes and training are through this very uncertain period.... Classes: These will continue as normal until either: we are told to close the classes or the class volume can no longer support the cost of the venue. To hold a class though, we ask all participants to wash their hands before and after. Use only your own weights and mats And we will endeavour to make sure there are suitable distances between class members. If you or someone in the same household is unwell, OR if someone you have been in contact with has been oversees please do not attend. Personal Training Same rules really but perhaps a little easier as it is a small group. This training will continue on, again until we are told otherwise. Obviously this is a moving target and we will do our very best to keep you up with any changes tat have to be made.
23.01.2022 Such unprecedented times! Our indoor classes have now closed until further notice. Wherever we can, we have moved the classes to outdoors so check with your instructor as to where your class will be held.... Whilst we are taking the outdoor classes, please remember bring your own mat and weights and whilst working out please keep the social distance of 1.5m between you at all times. Also if you are feeling unwell or have come in to contact with someone who is unwell do not attend the class. It is very much a moving feast but as we work our way through this, paramount is keeping you safe and well. We believe until such times as Government affect a total lock-down it is important for us to keep up our exercise as far as possible and keep up our social interaction for our mental health as well. Please everyone stay safe and well.
22.01.2022 E+ Adventurers take on the 5k Foam Fest! A great day out, much fun had by all. A few snaps in the order that they went through the obstacles. Be ready to sign up for the next Adventure, the more that come along the greater the fun, so lets have a bigger team next time!

First thing you will need is to be able to access the following track, as all the exercises will be done to this track :... Artist: Moby Track Name: Flower The way you will perform the exercises will be as per the following: Saturday - Cradle Cradle - Start in the closed cradle position. Open the cradle on "Green Sally Down", close the cradle on "Green Sally Up". Throughout the track there will be times when there are lyrics played between "Green Sally Down" & "Green Sally Up". For this duration you will maintain a static hold of the open cradle. Do all the cradles through to the end of the track and then the workout is complete . 21.01.2022 E+ held its first V.I.M Vitality in Maturity class on Wednesday 11th March with great success!! We would like to say a big WELL DONE to those who attended and that there are still places available if you are interested in taking part. Trials are free, so there is nothing to lose and everything to gain. Details of the class are as follows:... Throughout the track there will be times when there are lyrics played between "Green Sally Down" & "Green Sally Up". For this duration you will maintain a static hold of the squat. Do all the squats through to the end of the track and then the workout is complete. Watch this space for your Wednesday workout. It will be posted at 12pm midday Tuesday. Throughout the track there will be times when there are lyrics played between "Green Sally Down" & "Green Sally Up". For this duration you will maintain a static hold of the Push up (in the lowered position). Do all the push ups through to the end of the track and then the workout is complete. *You may need to do this one on the knees. Watch this space for your Friday workout. It will be posted at 12pm midday Thursday. Please remember we are looking for feedback and would greatly appreciate your comments. Artist: Moby Track Name: Flower The way you will perform the exercises will be as per the following: Friday - Plank Jack Plank Jack - Start with legs apart and jump legs together on "Green Sally Down", jump legs apart on "Green Sally Up". Throughout the track there will be times when there are lyrics played between "Green Sally Down" & "Green Sally Up". For this duration you will maintain a static hold of the Plank. Do all the plank jacks through to the end of the track and then the workout is complete. Watch this space for your Saturday workout. It will be posted at 12pm midday Friday. 16.01.2022 ***E+ Bush Fire Appeal Event*** I'm sure everyone is aware of the current hardship that many Australian residents and the wildlife are facing in the wake of the recent bush fires. Here is an opportunity to have some fun and raise much needed funds for the wildlife.... We are asking anyone and everyone to come and join us for a fun fitness class at no charge other than an anonymous donation all of which goes to the RSPCA. Details of the class below. 15.01.2022 ***ATTENTION*** Due to unforeseen circumstances E+ has had to postpone its first V.I.M class that was due to be held tonight at the Beulah Road Community Hall. We would like to apologise to everyone who was planning to take their first class with us tonight and we hope that you will all join us next Wednesday the 11th of March for your first class. ... Everyone will still get their first class for free and there are still spots available for those who wish to come and give it a go. Nothing to lose and everything to gain!!!! 14.01.2022 Hi everybody. I hope you are all staying safe and well as the majority of us continue to find ourselves stuck indoors and going somewhat mad. To help kill some time and keep your physical & mental fitness up, E+ are going to set a challenge each week for you to have a crack at within your own 4 walls. This is very much a work in progress as we get used to Youtube and find out what works, as well as what you enjoy doing, as working out at home can be a bit boring!... So with this in mind it is important you provide feedback, at the very least just tell us you had a go at the workout! This weeks Challenge/workout is on our E+ you tube channel 1. Search for E Plus Fitness in YouTube 2. Go to High Intensity Workout 1 for workout instructions 3. Use Superset 1, 2 & 3 videos 4. Exercise form tips can be found in the exercise technique specific videos 5. Do this challenge 3 times in the week and leave us a comment on how you go.
13.01.2022 Hi Everybody. We here at E+ hope you are all staying healthy and want you to know that we are thinking of you during this bizarre time that we all face. As many of you are aware, it is more important now more than ever to stay physically and mentally fit as we face a lot more time at home in the coming months. To that end, we here at E+ will be working on some ideas to help you stay fit, healthy and social with others. For example, short & sharp virtual group sessions; work...outs of the week using YouTube. Please continue to watch this space for future updates and if anyone has any ideas on what sort of things they would like to do then please DM/leave comments here and we will be happy to consider it.

10.01.2022 Adelaide STOMP 26th July! Come and see Adelaide Oval like never before. Last year we had 4 intrepid Stompers lets have some more join us this year. Choices are: 6000 steps 3300 steps... 1000 steps So if the 6000 seemed a step too far last year maybe try the 3300. Early bird entrance fees available until 1st June. Free Group training will be offered to help you get there.

01.01.2022 Week 4 - Workout for the Week Hi everybody. E+ is back with another workout/challenge for the whole family to help fight the isolation boredom. This week we invite you to challenge yourselves against the clock. We have selected a number of exercises for you to perform. The goal is to do an exercise for 1 minute getting in as many reps as you can. You can do just one of the exercises or more than one as often as you like to try and better your score. ... The exception to this one minute rule is the 5km run/walk which you time how long that takes you to do. A link will be posted with a spreadsheet attached for everyone to be able to access and record their stats. At the end of the week we will collate the information and recognise the challenge winners at the start of next week. Good Luck All!!!
