24.01.2022 As you may now be aware, NSW Chief Health Officer Dr Kerry Chant yesterday released new guidelines with regard to community sport. While these guidelines are not specific to Physie and are only in place for a period of 6 weeks, your EP Board are making sure we have the health and safety of our Teachers and members as our top priority. So, stay tuned, we will let you all know how this silly COVID year will affect our competitions very soon. ... xx

24.01.2022 Happy Birthday September Babies Your Birthstone Bling of the month is stunning Sapphire. Sapphires have been long associated with royalty and romance. Perhaps the best-known sapphire is the 12 ct blue gem surrounded by diamonds in the sapphire engagement ring first worn by Princess Diana and then given by her son to Kate Middleton, now Duchess of Cambridge.... This is possibly our favourite gem. Not only because of its striking blue intensity (were all about the blue) but this birthstone also comes in a rainbow of other colors (except red). Sound like a competition day you might see?

Much like our tough July friends the Peridot birthstone is known for being formed under extreme conditions, as it can be found in the hardened lava that carried it from deep within Earths mantle as well as in meteorites that traveled from outer space.... Did you know Peridot is the gem given to celebrate a 16th wedding anniversary?

Hold up a sign with a special message thanking them for everything they have done keeping you active during this COVID year. Photos are best taken horizontal. When sending us the photos you give permission for them to be used in the videoclip. The clip will appear on youtube and shared on other social media platforms.
